Hi,
Just discovered this new component (due to the sticky topic). I'm a bit wondered about the OnItemClick event where I get an index to an Item instead of a link to the Item itself.
As there is no method to find the item clicked other than waling all sections I'm afraid that the Item(Index) will change when i re-order items/sections, thus making it hard/impossible to attach code to it.
Personally I would add a Tag property to the Items (REQUEST) and pass the clicked Item itself (REQUEST) in the OnClick event (where you then can go for either the (Item)Index & SectionIndex, the Tag or even the Caption to identify the Item and run approriate code. If you pass the Item itself you also would need to supply a Section property (REQUEST) that returns the section the Item is part of.
[EDIT]Just tested the control with two sections and for both sections i get the itemindex (so there is no way to find the item clicked as both first items of each group return Item=0). This is a BUG![/EDIT]
