I have recently purchased v4 of NextInspector and have already had many problems with the editor.
I wish there was a way to save and load configurations, because once again I have a problem that may require me to clear and then re-add all items. This results in great loss of time.
The most recent problem happened when I tried to add a new category to the bottom of the items list. All previous categories collapsed on the designtime component and in runtime. If I toggle the expanded property to false and then true, the items show properly on the component at designtime but are still collapsed at runtime. Then I have to doubleclick each category twice to expand them.
In that same category I added two color combos. When I tried to exchange their order by moving the bottom one up, Delphi's object inspector indicated the move had occured, but the editor and component both have not regsitered the move.
I had a similar problem with moving items up and down before. The component at designtime froze. In the editor, items could still be moved, but the up and down arrows lost their synchronization with the item's position (eg an item that should be moveable might have both up and down arrows disabled).
I do not have a demo, but I think a little testing would soon reveals these problems.
Thanks, David

Hi
I've been waiting for six days, and still no fixes to NextInspector. Can you give me a realistic date when I can expect the update?
Thanks
