Hi Everyone, I have this issue when I try to Install the Next Collection Suite 4.9.0 on Delphi 2007 Dec 07 Update.
I receive the next message when I try To install any of the Design Packages, althought all of them compile just fine.
I have already installed it on Delphi 6 without problems.
Hope anyone could help me.

When i click on the details button, I can see all this description, hope it would be useful.

Hello Supermanimux,

Maybe there is a conflict between old and new Delphi.

Best regards

hi,

When you load the Package, right click on the package, then click on Options.... This will open the Project Option Dialog Box for that file. Click on Directories/Conditionals and check if the Output Directory is empty (it should be empty). There may be an output directory that the compiler is trying to write to when it's installing the package, and if this directory doesn't exist, the packages will not load and the result is this error which you have posted.

hope this helps,
Arthur

Thanks for your reply..
unfortunately, that's not the problem, I use a copy of the complete library source located on different folders, for each Delphi version.
Some other idea?

unfortunately, that's not the problem, I use a copy of the complete library source located on different folders, for each Delphi version.
and the Output path, unit output path, and the dcp output path are set correctly.
I use to set all of these properties to specific folders, to avoid mess when compiling and adding new components and packages
Some other idea?
Should I try letting the compiler makes all the work with empty paths?
Thank you.
