Sorting Via Header Click Loses Current Record Position
03 July 2006 - 04:15 PM
Hi Boki,
I reported this problem on the old forum, and had hoped it would be fixed in 3.7
.. clicking on a column header to sort a column causes the currently selected record to lose focus if its position changes. This is an extremely important change to me, can you give any indication when it will be fixed or an option added so that the current record retains focus on sort?

Problem with row selection after sort
18 May 2006 - 05:45 PM
Hi Boki,
Sorting via clicking a column header work well, however, the currently selected row does not retain selection after the sort. It is highlighted as though it is, but it's old row index is the one actually selected. Is there some way of fixing this annoying behaviour?
Best regards
Steve

New Component Request (like top of TnxHeaderPanel)
07 February 2006 - 12:48 AM
Hi Boki,
I would like to request that you add a new component to your suite (maybe call TNxBannerPanel) which is just the top part of the TNxHeaderPanel without the container below.
Best regards
Steve

NextInspector Borders Not WinXP Compliant
07 February 2006 - 12:42 AM
Hi Boki,
Using the latest build of Next Suite. The NextInspector (and NextDBInspector) is not honouring WinXP theming when drawing their borders. I would expect the NextGrid and NextInspector borders to match exactly, and this is not the case. Image sent by direct email.
Best regards
Steve

Generic Client-Side Sort Support for NextDBGrid
23 January 2006 - 04:22 PM
Hi Boki,
Your components are great
, but one thing that is always a stumbling block for me is the lack of generic client-side sorting on the NextDBGrid. I do not want to have to reissue a query every time the user clicks the header (this is a huge performance drain in Client/Server and n-tier systems).
Best regards
Steve
