You should be able to simply use Delphi 13 packages for 13.1.

Yes. I did use the "Delphi 13.groupproj" file but I had to change all .bpl to "Release" and "Windows 32 bits" to correctly install all.

  I'm sorry but I have a big project which uses your Grid and I at the moment I'm stuck and I can't continue to work on the Delphi 13 version.

I seriously think about replace it with another one from TMS Software for example because I can't wait so long after each new version of Delphi
