Column settings changes show in IDE, but not at runtime

What am I missing? I am setting the alignment of the checkbox to center and change the caption to 'Customer' and both display nicely in the IDE.

When I run the code, both these settings seem to be ignored ....

Can you please tell me what is the value of DataBinding.Options property for Column?

Ah, I see. Working now - thanks. Well hidden - is it mentioned somewhere in the docs?
