I've associated the component correct with the dataset, but when I open my application it doesn't show the data in the DBGrid, although it is correct in the database.
What have I to do, when the form ist created or activated?

Hello Ulrich,

 

Can you please send me a small demo project so I can test it? The grid can be configured to automatically add columns or to simply connect to existing columns (via data binding property).

thanks for the reply.

It's very complicate to create a little demo. I've send you in addition screenshot from my application with this component.

When I start the application, all Dataset are active so I suggest that the records are show in the component.

When I add records in the dataset, it will be show in the component, but when I open the form again there no record is show in the component.

 

I've tried with Update, Repaint, Reset both, dataset and component but nothing happend although all record are present in the table.

 

If you have a solution for me, I'm very happy.

I’m afraid that I still don’t understand it. Maybe you can record a very short video and show me how it acts. This will help for sure, as I’m not yet sure what is the error.

When I add a new record, both records are shown but when I open the form again, there always no records are visible.
