Hi Boki,
This problem has been reported before (by Wim in October). If you have the page control align client and the tabs positioned at the bottom, there is a *really* bad repainting problem, particularly when resizing the height of the form.
I would really like to get this fixed as it is the last issue I need to resolve before releasing an update to one of my applications.

Try setting the grid's doublebuffered property to true might help too.

Just tried my last project with tabs on the bottom and it doesn't flicker when resizing. I just set all pagecontrols to doublebuffering. It's still not 100% flickerfree but it's much better than it was.
The NxSPlitter however is a bigger problem as it does not have a doublebuffered property. I set the resizestyle to rsPattern instead of rsUpate because rsUpdate causes lots of flickering.
