i opened BCB 2006.bdsgroup file for Aug 15 2008 NextGrid v4.5
then chose to build NxCommonRun, and got a

[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'FILECTRL.OBJ'

Please replace existin package NxCommonRun.dpk in Packages sub-folder with file I am sending you now.

worked well except for the NxThirdpartyRun, i got these errors

at first i tried dragging it onto the form and it failed with rtl60.bpl error module missing

for some reason it worked again later but when i tried to compile i got this error and couldn't link any of the NxComponents, in the debugger window it complained that it was in the NxRuntime

I downloaded nextcomps_4981.exe , uninstalled previous version, then installed.

I opened BCB 2006.bdsgroup,
Everything went fine until i tried to install the NxDbGridRun.bpl in BDS 2006 (C++Builder)

[Linker Error] Error: Unresolved external '__fastcall Nxcolumns::TNxCustomColumn::GetInputValue()' referenced from C:\UTILITY\CPP\BCB\COMPONENTS\NEXT SUITE\PACKAGES\BCB 2006\NXDBCOLUMNS.OBJ


i'd like to get NxDbGrid components running so i don't have to manually populate

Has anyone else made these work with BDS 2006?

i dont know if you have tried TMS Unicode pack, but the install was amazing, one exe setup file installed all of the components in the pack completely into BDS 2006, i didn't have one problem compiling or using after that!

one-click install would rock!

I'm using last version Berg lib in Delphi2006/BCB2006 with last free TNTUnicode lib.
