Hi Boki,

I think I found a bug in the NxCombobox component:



Original NxCombobox with Style = dsDropDownList
You can see and even move the cursor all the time.
Even though I activate HideFocus = true I cannot hide the cursor.

When I close the popup with the keyboard (enter) and want to open the popup with my mouse again it opens and closes on the first click. I must click again to really open the popup.

When I open the popup the NxCombobox textfield is no longer full selected. Only a small bar on the bottom is selected.

I hope my picture can help you to find the errors.

How can I hide the cursor immediately?
I need it for a project and this is one of a few of blemishs

I am working on it. I hope that I will fix it in next 1-2 days. It is quite anoying bug and it is related to WinAPI limitations

Still have no luck I have try everything. It is because my ComboBox is over a EditBox with option to attach ListBox, DatePicker, ColorPicker on it. I will work on it more, please sorry for waiting this is anoying bug for me too.

Hello Boki,

I've found some other bugs in NxCombobox.

1. You open the Popup-Dialog to the all entries. Now when you scroll up or down, the entries will be all selected. Bur normally you scroll to see the entries which aren't shown (e.g. 12 entries, but only 8 are shown to you: so you must scroll). And every time an item will be selected, the OnChange event will be executed. But it would be better, when the OnChange event is only executed when the popup closes or you select an entry with keys and closed popup.

2. First time you open the Popup-Dialog, the dialog isn't scrolled to the position of the selected entry. When you have 30 entries and the ItemIndex is set to 20 and you open the PopupDialog, you will the the entries started with the first.
Second time you open the dialog, the position is right.

Easy fix for the cursor bug:

In NxEdit.pas replace:
