Hi all. I just installed the free NextGrid but I can't compile any demo program provided because I receive the error File not found NxScrollControl.pas, or NxGridPrint and so on. Any idea? Thanks in advance: any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

You need to add path to the 'Sources\' and 'Sources\Next Grid' folders into Library Path.

I hope that this helps.

Send us applications made with our components and we will submit them on: www.bergsoft.net/apps.htm. Link to this page will be also set on home page too.

Thanks for your reply, but path are correctly added by the installer itself: Being the free version I don't have the source (pas) file for all other components but only dcu: how can I tell delphi to use them?

Hi,

Can you please tell me which version of Delphi you use. Some version of Delphi (such as Personal) can't use components without pas files.

Thanks for trying to help, but I downloaded the right version :( It seems I'll not be able to use it. I'm vewry sorry for this, since it seems to be a wonderful component!

Kind regards

Hello!

Same problem here, with NextGrid 5.5 and Delphi 7 Enterprise... with version 5.3 everything works fine!

Thanks

Hi,

Really don't know why this happens. I didn't change anything inside Installer. Will try to research more.
